Shipping

No deliveries will be made on Sunday or statutory holidays, unless otherwise indicated on the website.

Except as noted in this policy, customers may select a delivery time that is no sooner than 3 business days from the date of order. Orders within the City of Toronto will be delivered at the time selected by the customer on ordering, which will be at least 3 business days counting the day of order, if the order is placed before 10:00 a.m. Orders placed on a Friday after 10:00 a.m. will not be delivered any earlier than the following Wednesday. While every effort will be made to have orders delivered within the specified delivery window, it may happen that this is not possible due to unforeseen events, and the Company has no liability for compensation to the customer in the case of late orders. However, the Company will ensure that the order is delivered as soon as possible, or at a convenient time for the customer, and the customer will be contacted to make appropriate arrangements.

Customers will be asked to specify whether they will be home at time of delivery upon ordering over the website, and if not, be required to specify a drop location. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, Green Cricket will leave the order at the back door (if accessible), or alternatively at the front door of the house, if the customer is not home. Green Cricket bears no responsibility for lost or stolen items on orders that are left at the customer’s premises if the customer is not home, and the order is left as instructed or provided under this policy. Repeat deliveries will not be attempted.

In the City of Toronto, customer orders will be delivered by Green Cricket Inc. contracted drivers, and all other deliveries in Canada will be made by CanPar using their standard delivery routes and vehicles. While we continue to work with our partners to make their vehicles environmentally friendly, this is not always possible at this stage.

All orders within the City of Toronto with a value greater than $50.00 will be delivered for free. All other orders will be charged a delivery fee included in the total cost at time of order placement.

All orders for the continental USA will be shipped using Federal Express and a delivery fee will be charged at the time of order placement. All import duties, taxes and brokerage fees for shipments into the continental USA will be the responsibility of the customer.

All deliveries will be made using the most fuel efficient, environmentally friendly vehicles available. In the City of Toronto the Green Cricket Inc. delivery vehicles will be powered by Natural Gas.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a product you bought online at Green Cricket, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it within 30 days of receiving the product.

When returning or exchanging product, original shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We cannot accept COD deliveries. We highly recommend you insure your return shipment.

To RETURN your product for refund:

1. Be sure to check the date on your receipt. Refunds are granted within 30 days of you receiving your order from Green Cricket.
2. Call 1-877-GRN-CRKT with your order number and describe the merchandise you would like to return. You’ll be given a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to reference in your return shipment.
   Your order number can be found in the packing slip that came with your shipment. You can also find this number in your Order Confirmation Email that you received upon submission of your order.
